ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit on any fragrance orders.

Please keep in mind that fragrance is a personal preference. We will not issue refunds or exchanges if you:

• Do not like the scent.

• Do not enjoy the fragrance after trying it.

• Feel the fragrance does not match your personal taste.

• Change your mind after purchasing.

• Order the wrong size or fragrance.

• Are unhappy with the scent performance, longevity, or projection, as fragrance performance can vary from person to person depending on skin type, environment, and application.

All orders are carefully inspected before being shipped. Please make sure you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

The only exceptions are if you receive the wrong fragrance or your order arrives damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue so we can review it.
