Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using USPS Ground Shipping with tracking information provided.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. However, we offer free shipping on orders of $80 or more. Orders under $80 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on USPS, weather conditions, holidays, and other delays outside of our control. Processing times and shipping times are separate.

Once your package has been shipped and tracking shows that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we are happy to help you contact USPS or assist with the claim process. However, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery confirmation.

All fragrance orders are packaged carefully before shipment to help prevent leaks or damage during transit. Once the package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for damages or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
