Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other issues that may affect the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before checkout, including the fragrance, size, quantity, and shipping information.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Fragrance is a personal experience and can smell different depending on the person wearing it. Skin chemistry, environment, and personal preference can affect how a fragrance smells and performs.

By purchasing from us, you understand that we are not responsible if you do not like a fragrance, the scent does not meet your expectations, or the performance differs from your personal experience.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped using the selected shipping method available at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misplaced, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
